Good food. Good for you. Works. A Good time.

Tastes good

Because I'm a trained chef. No sad, joyless "health food" here.

Does good

Because I'm a Board Certified nutritionist. Every recipe designed to steady energy + help ya feel great + calm cravings.

Works

Because I've lived it β€” and 250+ others have too. (Proof below πŸ‘‡).

Fun

Because I believe healthy is supposed to feel good! No white-knuckling, promise.

Introducing

So, here's the deal.

One week to prep your mind, body and pantry. Then 30 days sugar-free, with a meal plan that feeds you β€” not starves you. And me, live, the whole way through.

Cutting refined sugar is the single change that's moved the needle most for the people I've worked with β€” and honestly, for me too. It's not a fad, not a cleanse, not a week of sad green juice. It's real food, real rituals, and a plan where every hard decision is already made for you.

Here's what tends to happen when you actually do it:

  • Cravings quiet down (yes, the 3pm one too)
  • Steady energy that doesn't nosedive at 4pm
  • Clearer skin, less puffiness, less bloat
  • Deeper sleep and better recovery
  • A calmer mood and a sharper head
  • Less inflammation, a happier gut
  • That "oh β€” THIS is how I'm supposed to feel" feeling

And here's the honest math: these 40 days are going to pass either way. You can spend them becoming your best self again… or spend them exactly where you are now, saving another wellness reel to a folder you'll never open. Same calendar. Your call. πŸ˜‰

No counting. No restriction. No white-knuckling your way through a Tuesday. Just real food, real results, and a few hundred people doing it right alongside you.

Takes one minute. You'll get your login straight away, and I'll see you on October 18th.

There's the math: 40 days from now you're either sleeping better, thinking clearer, and off the sugar rollercoaster…or you've saved 12 more wellness reels you'll never do and you're still tired at 3pm. Same 40 days.

About me

It started with a dare.

2012. Training for the Olympics. A teammate walked in saying he was doing a 30-day no-sugar challenge, and I went, "well if you can, I can." Totally on a whim.

30 days later my trainer pulled my markers and asked what on earth I'd changed. Leaner than ever. More muscle than ever. Recovering better than I had in ten years. My training hadn't changed at all. Just the sugar. It blew my mind.

Years later, after my nutrition school, my dad β€” a very healthy guy β€” was told he was pre-diabetic. We ran him through this program and reversed it in months. And lats year, when I very nearly lost my life; more than one doctor told me I survived because of how healthy I was going in. This stuff matters to me.

Anti-inflammatory eating didn't just change my body. It helped save my life.

I found this by accident. You get to find it on purpose β€” with me right beside you

Why trust the food

This is the food. (No, really.)

Smoothies, cozy bowls, real dinners, and yes β€” treats too. All refined-sugar-free, all crave-worthy.

A big herby pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, olives and greens Hands picking up refined-sugar-free blueberry muffins off a tree stump outdoors A bowl of hummus dusted with paprika, served with tortilla chips Sheet pans of prepped sweet potato, cauliflower, chickpeas, mushrooms and broccoli Pesto pasta with roasted tomatoes and feta A kale salad with strawberries, blueberries, sausage and feta Dates stuffed with almond butter and almonds on a dark plate Arianne drinking a berry smoothie at her kitchen counter
  • Protein + fibre packed
  • Anti-inflammatory
  • Nutrient-dense
  • GF + DF options throughout

I want to eat like this

The part that gets people

It was never about the ice cream.

Everybody comes into this braced to give up dessert. Then they read the back of the pasta sauce.

Most of the refined sugar in an ordinary kitchen isn't in anything sweet. It's in the food you'd swear was healthy. That's not an accident; brands do it on purpose, because sugar sells. I'm not telling you this to freak you out. I'm telling you to put the power back in your hands β€” so you walk into that grocery store empowered, not overwhelmed.

  • Pasta sauce
  • Bread
  • Salad dressing
  • Marinade
  • Flavoured yogurt
  • Granola
  • Protein bars
  • Oat milk
  • Deli meat
  • Crackers
  • Bottled smoothies
  • The "whole grain" cereal

You'll know it after week one β€” and it's the thing people tell me they can never un-see.

of packaged foods in the supermarket have sugar added to them. Not the dessert aisle β€” the whole store. Ng, Slining & Popkin, Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (2012), via UCSF SugarScience.

What you get

Everything decided, before you start.

You are not short on information. You're short on decisions. So I made them.

The food

Two full meal plans

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and refined-sugar-free desserts. Chef-made, most of them under half an hour. The same week of recipes repeats twice β€” on purpose β€” so week two runs itself instead of becoming a second job.

The shopping

One grocery list a week

One list. Not a list per recipe. Take it to the shop, come home, you're done thinking about it.

The swaps

Label decoding + this > that

How to read the back instead of the front, and what to buy instead. Same taste, better brand. Turns out it was never a willpower problem.

Live with me

Five Sunday LIVES

live on your phone, in your pyjamas, with everybody else in the challenge. Ask your questions, get answers out loud, get level ups that work, stay accountable. Every session recorded if you can't make one.

The proof

Your Mind Body Scan

Four honest minutes on day one β€” energy, sleep, focus, mood, cravings. Then again at the end. Side by side, in your own handwriting, so you're not guessing whether it worked.

Yours to keep

Lifetime access

Every meal plan, every grocery list, the workbook, and all five live replays. It lives in your library and it doesn't expire. Come back anytime.

Get all of it β€” $297

Let's be clear about one thing

Nobody is sitting in the dark being brave about celery.

This is not a detox. It's not a cleanse. Nobody counts a calorie, nobody counts a macro, and nobody is hungry.

Let me tell you what my eight o'clock looks like now. Two dates. Almond butter. A square of really good dark chocolate. Flaky salt on top. That's the ritual β€” and there's no refined sugar anywhere in it.

There are desserts. Real ones. Written into the plan, for all 40 days. Fruit stays. Dates stay. The goal was never to take sweet away from you.

It was to stop it running the show.

I'm in β€” save my spot

Why this one is live

Nobody quits on day one. They quit on day nine.

Day nine is a Wednesday. It's raining. The whole thing feels like homework nobody assigned. And somebody has brought snickerdoodles into the office.

That is not a willpower problem. That is being on your own with it.

Here's what you don't know yet on day nine, and I do: people tell me the cravings break somewhere around day ten or twelve, and then it gets genuinely easier. Day nine is usually the last hard one β€” and historically, it's the day people give up, four days short of the good part.

So this year, you're not on your own for it. That's the whole reason it's live.

Don't do day nine alone

Who's in here

If any of this sounds like your week.

You're running on fumes and calling it fine

The 3pm crash you've completely normalised. The deal you make with yourself at nine at night. You don't need another thing to do, you need somebody else to make the decisions for a month.

You've been feeding everybody but you

Cold toast crusts, whatever was left on their plate, half a coffee reheated twice. You're not cooking two dinners and I'd never ask you to. One plan, one list, one dinner the whole table eats.

You start things and don't finish them

A graveyard of half-finished programs and a folder of saved recipes you've never made. You don't need more information. You need one plan, one thing to do today, and somebody there in week two.

You're ready to feel good in your body again

Maybe you're healing, rebuilding, or just done feeling how you've been feeling. You want to eat in a way that actually helps β€” less inflammation, more energy, real change β€” and that gap is worth 40 days of your attention. You want someone who gets it, and who's come out the other side.

From people who did it

250+ people. Real stories. Real results

"The sugar challenge was my starting line to regaining my health! As I progressed through the no sugar challenge I started noticing I got more and more energy. With that new energy I was able to start exercising more. I set a goal to walk 2000km this year, so far I’ve walked over 2600km and counting. With all that, I lost over 20 pounds. I used to be so fatigued, I was just tired most of the time. Now, I have way more energy than ever before. Totally doable, totally recommend it"

(Paolo) Past participant

"I thought it was normal to NEED a 3pm coffee, have headaches all the time, and have serious sugar cravings when stress hits. This course changed my life. I have no more headaches, I have energy all day, I love my new sweet treat recipes. The brain fog i've had for years is gone! I lost 7 pounds without thinking about it. I am crushing it at work with this new energy and focus and ZEST for life! Seriously, take this course. It's worth every penny.."

(Jaclyn) Past participant

"Every other sugar detox out there is always about restriction. This course is SO empowering. I felt full, I felt satisfied, I was never hungry or felt restrictive at all.I kept my same workouts I was doing before and I lost weight without even trying! Learning about reading labels in an empowering instead of scary way was a game changer! "

(Amy) Past participant

"Here are just some of the things I have noticed since starting your sugar Rx...My food noise has literally stopped. My brain feels clear and happy. I realized my whole life I have been dominated by what I weighed and I no longer have any desire to step on the scale but go with how I FEEL. I understand what my body needs and how harmful sugar is to our bodies especially the sugar I was eating for years!! My belly bloat has stopped.I love making your recipes, it feels so meditative and I know its good for me. My daughter has also been eating the meals I make and her acne has cleared up a ton already. My body doesn't creak and I feel younger already. So these are just some of the things I have noticed in less than a month, I could go on and on...Thank you Arianne, I hope you are feeling better as well, you are an inspiration in my life!"

(Viv) Past participant

"The meal plan is legit worth the course itself. One grocery list to follow, a bit of prep on Sundays, and amazing dinners each night. We kept doing it for three months because we felt so good on it."

Past participant

"Paying for a course was a push that I needed to get me to commit to 30 days and it was worth every penny. From the motivation to the meal plans to grocery lists and check-ins. 10/10 recommend to everyone to do! 1. I felt better overall, but also mentally. My mood was better, I got out of bed easier. 2. I lost 6lbs! Without any restriction or feeling of β€˜diet’ 3. Physically I felt awesome, I had extra energy for workouts and didn't feel sluggish during the day. ."

Before you ask

The questions I actually get.

What exactly am I giving up?

Refined sugar, for 40 days. That's the whole ask. Fruit stays. Dates stay. Dessert stays β€” there are refined-sugar-free ones written into the plan. You are not counting anything and you will not be hungry.

I can't make the live sessions. Is it still worth it?

Yes. Every session is recorded and up straight after, and they're yours forever. Come to what you can, watch the rest with your coffee on a Monday. Plenty of people do it that way and finish just fine.

I’m traveling during part of the challenge. Can I still do it?

Yes! You don’t need a β€œperfect” 30 days β€” nobody ever gets one, and that’s not how real health works. These dates were chosen on purpose: after Canadian Thanksgiving, before American Thanksgiving, no major holidays in the middle, and finished before Christmas. Travel is completely doable, you’ll learn how to pack smart snacks, read labels on the go, and order out without getting tripped up. Being live keeps you accountable, but life doesn’t have to pause for you to feel amazing. I personally think these are some of the best 30 days of the year to do this.

What if I have a busy month or can’t be perfect the whole time?

You don’t need a perfect 30 days β€” nobody gets one! That’s the whole reason we do this live and together: you’re supported the entire way, with every decision already made for you and hundreds of others going through the same days alongside you. These dates were chosen to dodge major holidays and set you up to finish strong before the season. Progress over perfection, always.

Do I have to cook separate meals for my family?

No, and I'd never ask you to. One meal plan, one grocery list, one dinner the whole table eats. Most households end up eating better without anybody announcing a diet.

I’m pescatarian / vegetarian / vegan β€” will this work for me?

Yes! This challenge is about giving you skills and confidence, not handing you one rigid meal plan to follow forever β€” so it adapts to how you eat. You’ll learn to read labels, make swaps, choose recipes, and keep this going long after the 40 days, no matter your diet. The meal plan itself is entirely gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined-sugar-free. All breakfasts, snacks, and treats are already vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian-friendly, and many dinners are plant-based. For the meat-based recipes (like the chili or a stir fry), you’ll get plant-based swap suggestions β€” or just use your own favorite protein. Love dairy? You’ll learn the best spots to add it back in.

How much time does the cooking actually take?

Most recipes are 15–35 minutes. And the same week of recipes repeats twice on purpose β€” so by week two your hands already know what they're doing and it stops feeling like a project.

I have dietary restrictions.

Most of the plan is already gluten-free and dairy-free or has an easy modification. If you have something specific, email hello@ariannejones.com before you buy and we'll tell you honestly whether it'll work for you.

What happens after the 40 days?

Our last live session is entirely about that β€” the 80/20 rule and what a permanent, non-mad relationship with sugar looks like. Not never again. On your terms. And everything stays in your library for whenever you want to run it back.

Can I start later if I miss October 20?

Not this one. Doors close the afternoon of October 18th, because a group that starts on eleven different days isn't a group β€” and the group is the reason this works. We run it again next year.

How is this different from the evergreen Sugar Rx?

Same bones, six years of refinement, and one enormous difference: I'm actually there. Five live Sundays, weekly office hours, and a few hundred people doing day nine on the same day you are.

All answered β€” sign me up

"The biggest thing I saw was that I had no gut issues during the challenge which I usually have once or twice a week. I'll have to be honest....the first week of sugar challenge was tough for me! BUT After that everything started to get better and I was able to stay the course for the entire 30 days!! Once the cravings were over my mood got better and I was more productive and had more energy. I did also notice my midsection got more toned and I’m even sleeping better. I'm happy so with the results! I wish I had this course about 5 years ago but so thankful that I’m doing it now!!"

Past participant

"just do it. Do not overthink. Just do it. We all want chocolate and wine, but you can do a month without. Do it for yourself! Lost 3 kg + crafted strong habits + no sugar rush + so much productivity!"
